Delete from the dashboard

Sign in and open account settings to remove brands, links and profile data. Full account deletion can be requested from the same screen.

Request by email

If you cannot access your account, email hello@crisscrosslab.com from the address associated with your account. We will confirm and process the request.

What gets deleted

Your account, brand profiles, links, appearance settings, contact details, socials and analytics history.

Uploads and backups

Avatar images and any uploaded media are removed with the account. Copies held in routine infrastructure backups expire on the backup retention schedule rather than instantly.

Export first

Account settings also offers a one-click export, so you can keep a JSON copy of your profile, brands, links and appearance settings before deleting.
