Cookies we set

• Authentication session (essential). Set when you sign in, so the dashboard knows who you are between page loads. It expires when the session ends or when you sign out.
• Local preferences (essential). Stored in your browser's local storage rather than a cookie — for example which brand you last had selected in the dashboard.

Cookies we do not set

We use no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels and no third-party analytics scripts. Visiting a public Linkt page sets no cookies at all.

How page analytics work without cookies

When someone opens a public page we record an anonymous counter for that page view or link click. The event stores only a timestamp and which brand and link it belongs to. Repeat views within a browsing session are de-duplicated using session storage in the visitor's own browser, which is cleared when the tab closes. No identifier is stored on our side, so these events cannot be traced back to an individual.

Third parties

Signing in with Google sends you to Google's own domain, where Google's cookie policy applies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request but sets no cookie. Any link you add to your own page is served by whoever operates that destination.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because our only cookie is the sign-in session, blocking it will sign you out and prevent access to the dashboard; public pages will continue to work normally.
